Scotty's first day of first grade
I called Scotty via FaceTime around four thirty this afternoon to see how his first day of first grade went. He gave me a slight smile and said, "I'll only tell you if you buy me some gushers and brownies." Such a little swindler.

GO Green Dragons!
Scotty loved Soccer season
We signed Scotty up for Forza Soccer, and after a mess of trying to find a volunteer to coach Jeff offered himself up.
He is already very busy with work, so it's very admirable that he made the time to not only never miss a game, he was the hottest coach on the field.
Scotty picked up how to play very fast and had his best friend on his team.
It was a fun season win or loose.
For the record they won only one game, but they had fun every game.
Let's hear it for #50
Every game he played better. I can't wait until next season!
Goofy Paula
Paula sure is a character
SILLY EYES above
She dressed herself today?
Keys, Purse, Heels, Crown, No Pants?
Silly Eyes
So I hear you have a girlfriend?
Sitting out front while all of the neighborhood kids played.
I hear Kate ask Scotty, do you have a girlfriend.
Scotty whispers yes.
She demands to know who this girl is, and Scotty says Parley and Carly.
Hmmmmmm
What he didn't tell Kate is that Parley and Carly are sisters.
Six years old with two cuties by his side
One day the younger sister comes over without her older sister.
Then moments later a knock at the door.
The older sister comes in and almost corners Scotty, informing him that if he only invited her sister and not her that that would be very rude of him.
Ah, summer, what power you have to make us suffer and like it.
One thing I love about summer is how our house just fills up with kids.
Lazy weekends are my absolute favorite, where we commit to being lazy.
I can't say that I love the sound of the ice-cream truck that knows where he can always make some money.
Overall this summer has been fun so far with many activities with the kids.
Here are some photos of our summer so far.
Picnic and play
Yummy food
Play dates
Notes to friends
It isn't summer without watermelon
Splash away
ZOO with his class
Camping up by Strawberry
Water fights
Picnic then swimming with mom
